If you are a Coordinator and want to begin the process of joining CORD on behalf of your program, please complete the CORD Program Application. Individuals are added to their program’s membership by the residency or fellowship coordinator. If you would like to be added to your program’s membership, please contact the Coordinator at your institution or cord@aoassn.org for additional information.

CORD Affiliates benefit from a broad range of tools and resources:

CORD Institutional Membership runs from January 1 through December 31 of each year. Dues are invoiced in December for the upcoming year. Dues for 2021 are $1,050 US. Pro-rated fees are available to programs that join mid-year.
