The Transition to Practice Lecture Series is a set of prepared presentation tools, designed to aid orthopaedic residency program and fellowship directors in preparing their senior residents and fellows for the next stage of their careers.

Developed by AOA’s Fellowship Education Coalition, each module provides tools for program and fellowship directors to facilitate a conference with faculty, fellows, and senior residents of 45- to 60-minutes in length.
