I was registered for the in-person event in Baltimore – What do I need to do?

All registrants’ records have been rolled over to registration for the associated virtual and/or postponed in person events. All paid overages and cancelled events will be refunded by May 29. An e-mail with virtual meeting access will be sent to all registrants.

I am currently registered for a virtual event – What do I need to do?

No action is required on your part. An e-mail with virtual meeting access will be sent to all registrants.

Will the virtual sessions be recorded?

Yes, the virtual sessions will be recorded and available for registered attendees.

I am currently registered for a now virtual event and do not plan to attend – What do I need to do?

Please contact meetings@aoassn.org regarding your cancellation. All registration cancellations and request for refunds must be in writing.

I am an exhibitor. What do I need to do?

If you are an exhibitor, there are various ways in which you can support the AOA and gain awareness for your products. Please contact Vanessa Lewin via e-mail at lewin@aoassn.org for further information and options regarding your exhibit display commitment.

Are you refunding flights?

The AOA will not be refunding flights. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their pre-booked airline flights. Please check with the airline for which you made the reservation.
